Appraisal Technology - Narrative reports using Microsoft Word & Excel allow the greatest flexibility and can be tailored to meet the client's specific needs. Although turn-around time varies according to each assignment and level of market analysis, it is usually 4-5 business days after inspection for our most basic appraisal product. • Retail Stores 1 to 10 Units - $1,950
• Mixed-Use Retail & Residential 1 to 10 Units - $1,950
• More than 10 units - $195 per Unit
Consulting Fees - $195/hr, $1,950 minimum
